Explore Gilroy, California

Gilroy is the southernmost city in Santa Clara County, California and in the San Francisco Bay Area. It is well known for its garlic crop. The Gilroy Garlic Festival is held in July.

Approximately eight miles northeast of Gilroy lies the famous Victorian resort, Gilroy Yamato Hot Springs, a California Historical Landmark. Many historic buildings are located along Monterey Street.

Gilroy is also home to the Gilroy Premium Outlets, which includes more than 145 shops. Gilroy's downtown historic district offers antique shops.

Gilroy Gardens is a horticultural-themed family theme park with 19 rides, 27 attractions and 6 gardens. Included are circus trees that have been grafted together to form interesting shapes.
